Can you use this in a wheelchair, and does it stay in place?

I bought this for my husband, who is in a wheelchair, and he loves it. He says it really helps his back from getting sore. The straps go around the chair nicely and adjust to hold it in place, which has been much easier for us than using regular pillows as we don’t need to constantly fluff and reposition them throughout the day.

Has anyone tried this in the car and does it help?

I have multiple disc issues in my lower back and I use this in the car every day. It does help! It fits perfectly in my car seat and it helps me sit properly and not curve my lower back inward, which I have a tendency to do.

How firm is the memory foam, is it really hard or does it have some give to it?

On a scale of 1 to 5, 1 being like a regular pillow and 5 being like a wooden plank, it’s a 3-4 for firmness. It does have nice give to it, as it molds to your body because of the foam, but then it keeps it’s shape once it’s done so, so you don’t sink into it too much. I’m on it most of the day, it’s very comfortable.

If you’ve had this cushion for a few months or more, how has it held up to daily use?

I've had this for a few months on my office chair and I use it every day and so far, it's shown no sign of slipping or shifting.
