How much do you use, how long does a bottle last? I'm wanting to use this for improving sleep, presumably it's best used at bedtime?

HiIf using around 10 sprays per day, the bottle lasts 2-3 months. I use at bedtime and/or in the morning. Whatever you find works best for you!

Can I use this for dental health e.g. By brushing teeth or as a mouthwash?

Hi Good question! However this is not an oral supplement it is only to be applied to certain areas of skin. Thanks Ian Oceans Alive Health UK

Is this product greasy on the skin? I have had this issue with other magnesium oils and am looking for a cleaner feeling alternative!

Hi. No it's not greasy at all. I haven't had some for a while, but from memory think it might be in a base other than an oil. Feels more like a water base, and does feel very clean!
