Well packaged. No leakage of co tents. I felt that the size and brand offered good value for money.

Not a bad product. Good for adding acidity to specific recipes. I suggest adding tiny amounts at a time until you are happy with the flavour. In my case I was making a tamarind chutney sauce for my Pholouries. I made the mistake of putting massive spoonful into the mixture and found it to be over acidic with a pungent taste. It was difficult to rebalance the flavour. In the end I had to buy a box of fresh sweet tamarind; add more water, garlic, sugar and coriander to add chutney and boil down before it became palatable. Bear in mind the above experience was not the fault of the product. I will buy this product again but next time use it wisely.

Fantastic flavour

Dieses Tamarinden-Produkt von TRS ist sehr wirkungsvoll, deswegen sind 5 Sterne mehr als gerechtfertigt. Interesse können die Menschen haben, die nach der Suche sind, optimal ihre Zirbeldrüse vor Fluoriden zu begreifen. Tamarinde, so weisen auch Studien z.B. aus Indien nach, ist einer der effektivsten Methoden, um Fluoride aus dem Körper zu lösen. Ich hatte das Vergleichsprodukt von Cosmoveda mit Bio-Qualität, was definitiv nicht an der Wirkung dieses Klassikers herankam (ein laues Lüftchen sozusagen). Dieses Produkt ist auch für Sparfüchse etwas, günstig und gut. Günstiger in vergleichbarer Qualität bekommt man m.E. keine Tamarinde in Europa. Die Konsistenz ist sehr unterschiedlich von Marge zu Marge, ich hab von sehr dick-flüssig bis recht flüssig alles mögliche schon gehabt... liegt auch an der Aussentemperatur offenbar, wie das Produkt gelagert wurde und wie die Temperaturen beim Transportierten waren. Aber kleine Krümmel oder Verklumpungen waren nicht zu beobachten. Nachteil dieser Tamarinde ist der sehr säuerliche Geschmack erinnernd an Pflaumenmuss, der irgendwann sehr unangenehm wird, wenn man wie ich das Zeug pur verdrückt... (es schüttelt einen), aber zum Würzen von Speisen bestimmt gut... :) Ein weiterer Nachteil ist die Plastikverpackung, die sehr billig anmutet (hier haben wohl auch den Kostendrücker ;) ) und eine Belastung für die Umwelt ist, in wie weit Stoffe aus dem Plastik in die Tamarinde übergehen, mag ich nicht zu beurteilen. Das kleine Häutchen zwischen dem Deckel und der Packung verwirrt auch zunächst, aber hat sicherlich hygnesche Gründe! Kann im Winter auch mal platzen beim Transport zu dir nach Hause! Pro: - wirkungsvoll beim Fluorid-Ausleiten - Konsistenz angenehm, keine Krümmel oder andere Stoffe - Preis-Leistung erstklassig Nachteil: - recht aggressiver säuerlicher Geschmack, der an Pflaumenmuss erinnert. - sehr sehr billige Plastikverpackung

Product is amazing, great taste and smooth texture. But price… I found the same paste for 5 euro on another website… think twice
