Very good vitamins that taste good, too.

Have been ordering from Swansons. For some reason it was unavailable from them. This dose is exactly what doctor recommended. Have seen noticeable improvement since starting several months ago. Chewable and no bad taste.

Good clean product! Doesn’t take to long to dissolve under tongue. Taste is fine. Feel like after a week/week and half I’m noticing a difference in energy in morning. I take it in morning before I eat. I’ve been on an acid reflux med for a long time so I wanted to give the b12 a try because of the effects on the vitamin absorption because of the ppi med. I’m pretty happy with product so far.

So I was told I have low b12 from my doctor. Don't know why. Not a vegan. Tried 1,000mg of another liquid one, made me feel like I was coming down with covid. Short of breath, fatigue, just aweful. I found this one which is 500mg. Liked that it was chewable and I could adjust the dosaging if needed but cutting in half. Took 1. Still too strong. Felt fatigue, just beat up. So I took half (about 250mg) that's the ticket right there! Some people are more sensitive than others. I'm one of them. I needed to supplement asap as I was feeling the neurological effects of my b12 being too low but I couldn't do it at the dosage recommended because my body just couldnt handle it. (Thank God I didn't take the shot!) I've taken half a day and even half 2x a day. I've managed well. I tried going up to a full 1 at a time. Same effect. How well it works, I can't say because I haven't checked my blood work again yet. But I will say this, my tingling in my fingers, hands falling asleep, lack of sensation on my face and brain fog is 98% resolved. My anxiety has improved significantly. I take this in junction with black seed oil (2ml-very low dose) to assist with overall health. I recommend it! This is the one.

I have more energy and I am more alert during the day. Even when I only sleep only 4 -6 hours some nights. I always take one in the morning.

My husband suffers from B12 deficiency. In Oct. 2017, his B12 blood test showed 174 (below sufficient). He started taking this regulary, 2 to 3 tablets a day. In two months, his tennis performance improved significantly--control, direction, stamina and concentration. In Dec 2017, his level went up to 557, normal level. In my husband's case and maybe for many elderly, B12 deficiency results from lack of "intrinsic factor" in stomach. It requires "intrinsic factor" to make food into B12 for body to utilize it. So, those who suffer from lack of intrinsic factor should take sublingually if possible. I have given my husband other brand such as EZ-Melts that melted faster under his tongue. I noticed that the type that melts fast are not as effective as Jarrow's. After switching to EZ Melts (with much higher dose) the blood test in March 2018 showed 630. It might be a key that lozenge takes a long time to dissolve under your tongue for effectiveness. I don't know. But I came back to Jarrow's brand. We'll see how his blood test performs in the future. I take 5000mcg usually and the description says 500mg so I bought this and was disappointed to discover it’s actually only 500mcg. Suggest to change the description.
