YES, this Tecknet DEFINITELY works with Windows 10 because I use a Windows 10 laptop! The mouse mat is, as always, excellent! Go ahead and buy it. You will NOT be disappointed! One small irritation is if having been used every day like mine, the mat can pick residual skin grease from one's hand, and you cannot clean it without ruining the beautiful and lovely silk that this Tecknet uses for its top coat. Please bear that in mind.

how do you clean this mat,bisvit machine washable?

I've had this mat for about 6 months now, and i've found that a nail-brush does a pretty good job of getting most things off and out of the mat. It's just rigid enough to work, but gentle enough to not damage the surface (that i can see). For tougher marks (the worst i've had on it is some drops of spilt hot chocolate) i've found that a slightly damp micro-fibre cloth works very well.

why does my mouse start to move as soon as it is on the technet mat but is fine on any other surface (when the mouse is still)?

Possibly because of the lower friction, try placing a piece of cardboard under the mouse mat to see if it helps. Also try lower DPI to see if it makes a difference. If it's a Razer mouse I think this have been an issue on loads of similar mouse mats.
