Great value for money lots of thread on the reel, enough to sew lots of items without running out. I found this thread excellent to sew a very fine cotton voile material.

This is a great thread, Coats is reputable company, so you know you have quality. I have bought many spools of this brand in various colours and have been very satisfied with it, from making clothing to quilting. They have many colours to choose from and quantities, from 1 to packs of 24.

Good for the £1.69 (with free shipping) that I paid! Soft and has lots of loose strands, which makes it a bit of a pain to thread. Gutermann is far easier. I might get one of those little thread tools. Too long to fit on the spool rod on my singer 4411. I had to cut the ends of the plastic spool that the thread sits on. Maybe my fault for not buying the correct spool for my machine. Fairly strong but not impossible to break. Been sewing with it for probably 15 hours and not had any major issues. Actually I've only had to rethread my machine maybe 4 times since I got this thread - whereas I think with the Gutermann (which costs £6-10 for the same length) have to rethread more often. I could be mistaken though, I've not done any proper comparison.

Good quality thread at an excellent price. It runs easily and break-free in my Singer, top and bottom, and I've found it good for hand-sewing too.

Good quality. Arrived promptly, which a bonus as making face masks for key workers & had run out of cotton.
