What's the difference between the "23cm" option and the "one size" option?

Is it good for running or should I go for the polyester version instead?

I have merino wool and a few in polyester. For running I prefer to use polyester, but it may also depend on how you use it. If you don't breath through them as I sometimes do (when it's to cold at the start of a run), you may also like the merino version.

Are any of the buff UV rated to protect against the sun?
