if the mask is windproof how do you breath through it?

Hi Harold. I bought this for my son for his trip to Iceland. The material is windproof, but not airtight! There is plenty of room all around for you to breath; the design means you just will not get a face-full of cold wind blown directly at you! The mask also attaches to both sides of the hat, allowing you to unclip one side, if you so wish.

What is the faux fur made of, and what fabric is the outer layer?

It's just soft fur which is nice against ur skin nothing real or expensive really nice my partner works outside so fab for frosty morns
