We never Received our product although it says delivered? What will be next step?

I have been there a few times. Since it's happening now, during this coronavirus pandemic, we all have to wait longer. It's doubtful the seller is to blame. Report it as missing. Amazon will find out what is going on, and probably reply with something like, "the delivery person was too quick to mark this package as delivered." Because of the coronavirus, the post is taking much longer, even with Amazon. I hope this helps.

Is this product suitable for mature skin?

Certainly is, it’s suitable for all skin types, I am over fifty and it works well for me, used with a facial scrub sponge. My teenage daughters use it too.
