Moist Heat Eye Mask Washable and Reusable Eye Mask HydroBead Technology for Dry Eye Relief

This moist heat eye mask was recommended to me by my optometrist to treat Meibomian Gland Dysfunction (MGD) and dry eyes. And it worked! It's easy to heat in the microwave and stays warm long enough to help unblock the glands in the eyelids. I used it for 3 times a day, 10 minutes at a time, for 2 weeks. I will continue to use the eye mask once or twice a week to ensure the glands stay unblocked. This treatment for dry eyes, along with preservative free eye drops, has improved my eyesight - my vision is clearer and my eyes focus better. I would recommend this moist heat eye mask to anyone who has a problem with dry eyes. Plus, it is very relaxing, soothing and comfortable to wear. The excellent results I've had made it well worth the effort it took to make myself use the mask as recommended by my optometrist. My family did find it highly amusing to see me with my heated eye mask on.... but I can live with that!!!

So soothing and peaceful to lay back for 10 minutes with this on my eyes. Good quality and comes with a nice storage pouch. Quick to heat and I did notice it had cooled down a bit after 7 mins out of the 10, but that is much better than the usual warm compress needing to be reheated every 30 seconds or so.

Opticians recommend a hot flannel or eye masks like this to help prevent dry eyes.I can't be bothered with the faff of a flannel so I got this. I like it because it isn't perfumed.Once it's cooled off I was told to gently massage the upper and lower eyelids and after I've used the mask and done the massage, my eyes feel much less dry.I've only been using it a few days but I like the result.One star deducted because it doesnt stay warm very long.You can fasten it to your head with the velcro strap or gently hold it in place.Its good quality and has a little drawstring bag to keep it in.

Don't hesitate, just go buy this!I haven't had a stye in years but had a chalazion the other day due to hay fever and rubbing my itchy eyes too much I guess.A hot flannel wasn't doing the trick as it was cold after a few seconds so I tried this which stays hot for 9mins after 30secs in the microwave, it's also quite relaxing.Seems to have done the trick as it appears to have cleared up after 3-4 days without medication (I tried some gel).Silky bag with a drawstring is included which is a nice touch - means you don't have to keep it in the cardboard box.

I purchased this eye mask on the recommendation of my optician after I was diagnosed with a blocked tear duct in my left eye which caused a large red swelling on both my external and internal lids. I was very sceptical that an eye mask would offer type of cure but I am amazed that my eye is healing. Consistency is essential for this condition, heat up two or three times per day for 20 seconds in microwave but be careful it does get very hot. I could not put the mask directly on my eyes, I had to hold it above my eyes until it cooled and could be placed properly. I was very happy with this mask, it did the job and gave me a therapeutic dose of heat to treat my condition. If you want something purely for relaxation I am guessing this could be a little too hot 🔥.

Rimedio "casalingo" per occhi "secchi" e affaticati, consigliato dal medico oculista si è rivelato molto efficace nel ridurre la sensazione di pizzicore e secchezza oculare.Non vale certo come terapia risolutiva, e utilizzatelo solo dietro suggerimento medico (se soffrite di glaucoma o altri disturbi della pressione oculare il calore anche moderato è controindicato), ma usato regolarmente allevia i fastidi. Non superate i tempi di applicazione suggeriti.Un consiglio, utilizzate delle compressine di garza o tessuto non tessuto tra le palpebre e la maschera per prolungarne la durata e mantenerla pulita, è lavabile ma deve asciugare almeno 24h quindi meglio lavarla il meno possibile.
