So, here’s what happened: Over two weeks ago I started wheezing sometimes. Don’t know why, but I have a history of bronchitis. I started taking one capsule 2-3 times a day and did not feel any improvement, rather some kind of failure in the rhythm of breathing. I decided to try two capsules (as recommended) and took them before bed. I really started to suffocate like with asthma, but I don’t have asthma, I just had something like mild bronchitis and I wanted to help cough up extra mucus. I understand that all the ingredients are natural and I generally do not suffer from allergies, but something in this composition does not suit me. This is purely an individual intolerance and I believe that for most people this supplement helps, but sorry, not for me.
