* * UPDATE * *USELESS!!! My dip in weight was purely down to eating a lot better and moving my fat butt around. Stopped using after about a month as it was clear that this product didn't do what it says it will, but a better lifestyle and moving more, does, obviously! If you want a quick loss, then this isn't the way. The only way to go about it is common sense... diet and excercise. I was just desperate.What proved it to me was I had a knee imjury after about 14 days of using this, so I couldn't exercise, but continued using it, but the weight crept back on as I wasn't moving. Continued for a further 2 weeks thereafter and the results spoke for themselves. The pounds quickly returned;SO...not for me, but it's personal choice ultimately.* FIRST REVIEW *This is unbelievable. I lost 6lbs in 5 days. Seriously. My weight is extremely hard to lose and I have tried many things to reduce it. All correct, safe and healthy methods. I haven't used a slimming aid before, so in desperation I sought an aid. I read a lot about this and thought I would give it a try. I am thrilled. I'll continue using this and if results are consistent I'll set up a subscription.Only advice I'll give is to remember that we are all different. the serum tastes like red bull and doesnt give any of the usual jittery side effects - this might be ok, but i dont feel like it does anything at all
