Once you find the right app this works great. Took some time but now I'm using Wahoo fitness for Android on both a Nexus 4 and 7 without a problem, great on the turbo trainer. Note : Bluetooth Smart pairs within the app so don't expect it to pair as the older Bluetooth standard does - make sure your device supports it before purchase.

i have used this on 5 rides not and have focused on my Cadence, its a great way of improving my training

so far is working well, I read before that battery runs out fast...

Only took 10 minutes to fit them and pair with my V650 and V800. I have them on my mountain bike and road bike. Look and perform brilliantly, highly recommended.

Well made by polar, but why do I need to buy again when the non replaceable internal batteries fail? Own goal Polar! Consider the competion carefully before purchase....

The sensors were recommended to me as a gift idea for my husband. He was very impressed with them and we are both big fans of Polar technology.

Don’t buy, as you cannot change the battery in these sensors. The battery is supposed to last for 3000 exercise hours, but if you get supplied with old stock like l was then the batteries don’ last five minutes. I spent hours modifying a exercise bike for these sensors and the internal led flashes around ten times then stops as the battery goes flat. Trouble is l had used all the accessories and thrown away the box and the sensors are now inside the covers on the bike and l can’t be asked to take the bike to pieces again to get the sensors out and try and get new ones. And how do you know you are getting a new one? I never saw any sell by date on the box. Save your money don’ by these sensors.

Me lo compré porque queria que me marcara velocidades mas precisas, ya que el gps falla a menudo al pasar por zonas arboladas y asi ganar en fiabilidad. Pero cual fue mi sorpresa cuando vi que strava coje las velocidades del gps, es decir que no me ha valido de mucho mi intencion de mejorar en ese sentido. Sobre el sensor de cadencia pues funciona perfectamente como el de velocidad, pero como venian los 2 juntos y salia mas barato juntos que por separado pues aproveche, aunque no sea un ciclista experto, quien sabe si en un futuro le saco provecho. Inconvenientes que veo y ya se ha hablado mucho por aqui, es el tema de la pila pero bueno mirando por internet se puede. Tambien deberian de traer mas presillas porque me pilló montandolo un domingo y como no soy un gran mecanico de bicicletas pues me equivoque en el montaje y tuve que cortar y me quede sin presillas, hasta el dia siguiente que fui a comprarlo en el chino :) Por lo demas perfecto, sincroniza sin problemas y cumple su funcion. Aunque lo recomendaria para ciclistas mas expertos, ya que pueden sacarle mas rendimiento en los datos.
