I purchased the dishwasher in 2 minutes by just looking at it's design. Myy old dishwasher was out for 10 days and the service center was still dragging to fix it. So I decided to try Toshiba after I saw good reviews about it. I ordered at 7 pm and got it delivered the second day at 11:30AM (kudos Amazon for that). I opened the box and installed my self, very easy, and operating it is just straight forward. It is packed with features to configure your 8 programs wash. I was particularly blown away by the feature which Opens the door automatically to air the wash at the end of the cycle. Very handy feature one must say. And the UV wash is also a surprise if you want extra sanitization. And oh! You get a QR code in the box which you can scan to receive a bag of Finish Quantum Ultimate 32 tabs for free. It is just perfect. I just finished the first wash cycle and everything went out spotless clean. The only thing I still don't know about Toshiba dishwashers is their reliability, but for the price tag, it puts all other major brands to shame. Time will tell, but for now I'm a big fan. Highly recommended, buy it without thinking twice!

Performance: This dishwasher is preform better than my previous Bosch and Beko. However the dishes are not as dry as the Bosch and Beko that i used. Maybe due to new energy saving purpose. Quality: Great stuff from inside and outside, however the next day, the dishwasher started to have a loud sound when draining water. It was still working well even with the sound, but we have to report a repair. Amazon website shows the dealer is Toshiba, called Toshiba and they ask me to look for the dealer. In the end I filled repair form in Amazon website. Delivery and installation: Neither did Amazon mention any installation information, nor the uninstallation for repairing. It should described clearly on its website. For people without any mechanical skill, it will be a big problem, because the men from Amazon only do delivery, they also don’t know how to do. I want to give Amazon and Toshiba UAE company 1 star. The dishwasher 4 stars, if not the sound, it will be 5 stars.

Poor and disgusting

Great for its price

Came quickly and with a small package of dishwashing tabs and liquid. Happy with the performance. Runs quietly, glasses and plates come out clean and dry. plastic items and teflon coated items are still wet after the cycle has finished. So far we only used the 90 min program. So that issue might be solved with another cycle. I am very pleased with the loading racks, but still working on the most efficient way to load it. 4 stars because the picture is misleading. It does not have the inside program panel only the outside one. Not a big issue for us and everything else is exactly how it is on the pics.

Installed by myself, pipe tube need to be tough fixed to main pipe, or it could be leaking

It doesn’t clean every dish perfectly every time but does usually. My biggest complaint is the design of the top rack. I have no idea how they think people can organize cups or anything on that top shelf. It’s fine but I think they need to make a change here.
