Q: does this portable unit come with a pouch to place it in, and if not what would do you use? as all the units in Europe come with a pouch

Hmmm. That's an interesting one. The issue with taking care of the device is moisture, not durability. A pouch would trap moisture and not matter for durability. I wouldn't put mine in a pouch or anything else because I want it to air dry. When leaving home with it, I usually carry it in my car door, my hand or even the back pocket of my jeans. For the occasions where I have to put it in a briefcase or bag when it is wet I choose a small bath towel and just wrap it up until I can air dry it again. These devices are so durable that they don't need any kind of padding and the 20 year warranty assures you that if a durability issue comes up you can simply exchange yours for a new one.

Q: Do you have any plans to make an even smaller version for easy travelling? i love the one i own, and would buy another smaller one too!

Thanks for your question. We don't have any plans to make a smaller version at this time. Due to the size and durability of the Natural Action portable, our customers have found this portable is quite easy to travel with and include in a small carrying bag, pocketbook, backpack and suitcase. It's hard not to take this with you everywhere you go once you start drinking structured water.

Q: I have a reverse osmosis filtration from aqua tru. reverse osmosis destroys the structure. will this restructure after the reverse osmosis?

Magical funnel

Water definitely tastes better. Difficult to explain but almost tastes ‘lighter’ and ‘softer’. I was a water addict drinking 6l + a day and still felt thirsty. I drink so much less now so can only assume because the water is structured and so readily absorbed.

Great Filter for water and red wine

Does a great job on red wine I poured a bottle of dark red wine through the filter a couple of times and no one suffeeed from stuffy nose dehydration the following morning?Filters water and it clearly tastes smoother and cleaner.
