This little strainer sits nicely in waste hole of my stainless steel sink and appears to made of quality metal material. It is pretty good at staying in place and strains most food and waste bits well while allowing the water to drain away. Once it clogs up a bit with muck it does have to be cleaned out otherwise water takes an age to drain away but that is preferable to having a blocked sink! There are two strainers in this package so once one gets a little mucky I can pop it in the dishwasher and install the other clean one in the sink. Overall I'm happy with my product choice - it does the job, fits perfectly and was inexpensive. These strainers should last a very long time. Recommended.

This works a treat in the bath. After problems with drain blocking with hair after showering, this gadget now catches it all and it's easy to gather up and put in bin.

They look good, work well, But a little bit on the light side

I am really pleased with the way it fits in the plug, and actually catches all the hair that comes from showering. Excellent, and I woukd definitely recommend it. Allows free flow of water too.

Excellent fit

Fit my drain perfectly and did the job well. Easy to use and remove. It didn't let any hair pass through. Since it's being used in the bathroom,I didn't encounter much difficulty keeping it clean. Not the most rust resistant, but served us well.
