Best shake powder (pretty sure ive tried them all at this point!) I use it every day as a breakfast after AM run. I pre mix before my run with 100ml milk then top off with water. It tastes great and mixes well.

This stuff was so tasty. Made me feel full in the mornings and lunch time. Be careful though, I thought I never got a scoop with it but you do, its just planted at the bottom and I didn't know till half way down with a soup spoon lol. Honestly though people, its popular for a reason, this flavour was ok but didn't taste exactly like it says but it wasn't a bad taste so still happy. Mixes well too in water or milk. The durability of the case is premium too, nice and study, there was no leaks or damage. It was very smooth both mixing and swallowing.

So far so good. Only brought it recently. This is the first time I've brought a protein shake. It tastes great and I'm definitely going to buy this again and the other flavours too.

Good price, it’s the best tasting protein you can get in my opinion but I’ve had to go to a vegan alternative as I get bad skin from the whey.

I started taking protein supplements a year ago alongside a simple strength and cardio fitness program I was following to lose weight. During that time I think I've gone through about 3-4 different brands of protein powder of varying flavours and quantities. First of all while I mostly agree with the sentiment that this is a supplement as opposed to a bowl of Nesquik or a chocolate bar and so taste shouldn't be as much of a concern, if you're going to be consuming the product on a daily basis it might as well be tasty, and this brand 100% ticks that box. My one minor complaint with it it that it doesn't taste like any kind of peanut butter I've ever had - it's more of a candied chocolate flavour, comparable to a Mini-Egg or a smartie or something. I use whey powder to bulk out my morning oats and some powders don't mix well, but this seems to do just as well warm as it does cold. It is a fair bit sweeter than expected but nothing unpleasant. If you're desperate for some peanut butter protein powder like I was, this isn't necessarily going to sate that unholy need. Being fairly new to the world of supplements but extremely well-versed in the stomach punishing risks you take buying cheaper makes, I am thoroughly impressed with the complete set of proteins and BCAAs a serving of Gold Standard contains. It blends effortlessly too, mixing completely into water in a few firm shakes. As mentioned before it's a great addition to other foods or smoothies, great way to hit your surplus by mixing with porridge oats. It's easy on the stomach too, without any of the bloating or heavy feeling whey protein can sometimes leave you with. I will definitely be sticking with Optimum Nutrition from this point onwards. Does everything it needs to, decent price point, true quality.

Best protein powder I've had, would recommend. Taste is spot on, only thing I did different was use 100ml of water rather than what advised as I found it abit watery.

I did my research on some trusted sights and checked the ingredient label so that why I picked this one. Not sure about gains yet as getting massive is not my goal. But I picked the chocolate and peanut flavour it mixes really well and I would say to mix it with milk rather than water as it not only tastes better but you get a really nice thick shake mixing 200ml of milk and 1 scoop of powder. 4 stars as not sure about gains yet. Update 1 year later: Still love it, and it’s really helped me gain muscle. I have it for breakfast with oats and peanut butter and keeps me full until lunch.

Ich habe schon viele verschiedene Whey Proteine getestet, aber dieses überzeugt mich komplett. Das Whey Gold Standard von Optimum Nutrition löst sich perfekt auf (keine Klumpen), ob in Wasser, Milch oder so wie ich mit Mandeldrink. Es hat eine super cremige Konsistenz, der Geschmack ist einmalig und wird auch auf Dauer nicht eintönig. Meine Lieblingssorte ist Chocolate Peanut Butter. Das Protein ist aber noch in vielen weiteren leckeren Geschmackssorten erhältlich. Somit ist für jeden das passende dabei. Besonderes gut gefällt mir neben dem hohen Eiweißgehalt (pro Portion 24g), dass es nur wenig Fett und Kohlenhydrate enthält und es zudem mit natürlich vorkommenden BCAAs und Glutamin angereichert ist. Es gehört deshalb, genau wie mein Training, zu meiner täglichen Routine mit dazu. Für mich ist es ein Top Produkt und das Preis Leistung Verhältnis stimmt für mich auf alle Fälle. Wenn man Glück hat kann man es sich zu Angebotszeiten auch etwas günstiger ergattern. Ich nutze dieses Produkt schon sehr lange und kann es nur jedem weiterempfehlen!

Je suis bluffée par la qualité et le goût. Enfin une whey par trop sucrée et sans ce goût écœurant d'aspartame qui donne la g*rbe. Je la prépare dans une tasse en ajoutant l'eau au fur et à mesure que je remue pour faire comme une texture de pâte à crêpe et ensuite je savoure ça comme un dessert je me régale.

Non sono un esperto in materia di integratori, ma devo dire che mi sono trovato benissimo con queste proteine. Ne prendo un misurino al giorno su 240 ml circa di acqua come spuntino o come post-workout e le ho trovate buone nel sapore e molto digeribili. Anche il profumo è molto invitante! Nel complesso mi sento di consigliarle sia a chi come me segue una dieta proteica sia a chi fa attività fisica intensa.

Me pille de chocolate con crema de cacahuetes y el sabor es de lo mejor que he probado, sin duda la combinación perfecta me recuerda mucho al sabor del bon o bon argentino, y de lo mejor en calidad-precio.
