Does Oilatum test on animals?

Does any one know how this compares to other available creams such as double base? I've got eczema & find double base irritating.

I have very mild eczema and oilatum does stop the itching, lasts about 12 hrs when applied, even a very small amount. I have not tried double base or know of it. A bottle like this shown lasts me about a year or more.jim

can this heal eczema scars and dark spots?

That I cannot answer as my eczema came and went within a couple of months and I keep it at bay with the Oilatum when I fear the itch coming on. Bio Oil or Weleda Skin Food does wonders for scarring and improving skin tone. Also Burts Bees Almond Hand Cream is gentle enough for dry skin on your face, marvellous moisturisers the Skin Food and Hand Cream, good luck!

Can you use on lips and around eyes?

A small amount of 70% alcohol can be used to wipe the lips, but it can't be used frequently. Be careful when rubbing the skin around the eyes with alcohol, so you don't get it in your eyes.
