These are great! At first I was a bit skeptical because of the comments but these are super good but they are super chewy like the reviews say. So many small pieces get stuck in my teeth but I don’t really mind it. Although I hate how once I eat 2 I want to eat more lol. I never personally noticed any improvements with this like at all for months. I never seen any changed until I actually got intimate and wow, the things it does to your fluids is amazing. I also don’t drink soda or much of juice with added sugars. Just water and I take these. So many what I drink affects it as well (obviously) but these things worked like magic. Worth the money even though they are a bit on the pricey side. Definitely makes things better in the bed but they have to be taken daily and if you drink a ton of soda, juices, energy drinks, coffee and things with a lot of sugar, please don’t expect these to work wonders until you start drinking a bunch of water daily! Make it happen ladies I know yall got this!

probiotic wise very good. have been using for a long time. but the bottle i just got is different. (i did a reorder) the taste is totally different, the bottle is different, and the texture is different. at first i thought i ordered the wrong but i did used the reorder. ot sure if i a going to get these again
