Brighter blonde one use
Ok my hairstylist has told me repeatedly that i need a ph shampoo for my hair and of course im cheap. But i heard good things about chi and price was great so I tried it. To be honest my blonde was kinda dull before i used it. And now everyone is asking did i get it lighter recently. So yesss it made a huge difference. It smells amazing. It did make my hair softer. It is effective. I am going to put this on my subscribe n save list.

Smells Great
I love the smell of this shampoo, unfortunately, it seems to strip all the oils out of my hair and leaves it feeling like a bird’s nest until I put the Chi conditioner in it. My hairstylist says this is not normal so I changed shampoos begrudgingly.

CHI shampoo
I've been using CHI shampoo for many years. It is more expensive than some other shampoos, but my hair is always shiny and soft. I would recommend it, especially if your hair is dull or thin. I also use the CHI conditioner.

If you have colored hair, this is not the right product.
Despite saying it helps prevent fading and locks in color, my hair color (which has only been colored for 10 days) has faded significantly. I havent been in any pools or used a different product and only wash every other day and use cool water when I wash.
