Product designed for single-use. This product is meant to be discarded if any issues arise.
I purchased the device in November 2022, but unfortunately, it stopped working suddenly and lost internet connection. Despite reaching out to both Global and local customer support multiple times, the issue could not be resolved. The support representatives seemed unaware that the device was unable to detect any available networks, leading to numerous repetitive troubleshooting attempts. Among the various steps suggested, one of the most absurd was changing the internet source, even though the device failed to recognize any of the three sources I had available. I requested a replacement or repair under warranty, but they informed me that it was against their policies, despite the device still being within the warranty period. This experience raises questions about the usefulness of a warranty if it does not cover proper repair or replacement. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend purchasing this device unless you are willing to overlook warranty concerns.
