These are brilliant, not a coffee drinker, but pop one on the way to work and can pretty much power through the day. Highly recommended. No side effects for me.

Effective
I don't feel like one tablet is true 200mg, feels more like 50mg. I had to take 3 just to feel the effects but i might just have a higher caffeine tolerance too even tho i stopped drinking anything daily with caffeine. Works great if you dose it right.

Good but not 200mg. More like 50mg
I drive 59hrs a week. These are simply not 200mg. Maybe closer to 50mg per tablet. For comparison if took 4 of the Tesco brand 50mg energy tabs...I'd feel significantly different to how one of these feels. Its okay, fair for the price, but not 200mg. Also, don't take 4 of tesco energy tablets, you'll be reviewing the after life
