Bodymax Tricep Rope Cable Attachment

I ordered the Bodymax Tricep Rope a few weeks. As usual with just about everything I've ordered on Amazon, it arrived well packaged and in the allotted time period.The rope itself is nice and thick and the rubber stoppers at the end are nice and solid. As the one thing you're going to be spending time doing is holding the rope, it's nice to actually feel that it's of good quality. One thing you will need is a suitable carbine clip to attach it to your cable machine but if you're already using other bars on it, you should already have one to hand.I've got to say that I'm very pleased with the rope. It opens up a whole new world of exercises which can be done with a cable machine. Apart from tricep pulldowns, it's very handy for facepulls and rowing movements and really helps to hit the muscles in a different way. Just what I needed to keep my weight lifting regime fresh. As I said: I've only had the rope for a few weeks, but I do use it regularly every couple of days and so far it's living up to all expectations.All in all, a great buy and if you've got a cable machine, you should definitely think seriously about getting one of these ropes.

I haven't used this much yet but it seems sturdy and is comfortable. The rope can be pulled to one end for single arm excercises.

The rope arrived very quickly and was put to use almost straight away. Its a very solid piece and is exactly the same as anything you'd find in a gym. The rope itself is quite greased but this seems to be fading already. I'm sure this will last a lifetime. Exactly what I was after for my home gym.

Good value, does what it's made to and is of good quality. Often I'll award four out of five but then I thought "what more do I want" and to be honest this is a basic but effective piece of kit.

Does exactly what it is designed for. Strong robust product. Would recommend it. No more words required to fill this space.
