Justice League Unlimited: The Complete Series

Great series, enjoyed it a lot!

Excellent series, fantastic animation, great storylines. Is it better than its forebear Batman TAS, it could be. Particular highlights include Divided We Fall, Epilogue, The Return, To Another Shore, The Destroyer (this contains episodes from Justice League Unlimited season 1 & 2 but regular fans may see it as season 3 & 4 as its a continuation of the initial series Justice League Seasons 1 & 2) Anyway, there are too many great episodes for me to recollect but it is worth picking up again on Bluray. Incidentally, the 1080p image is not that far advanced over the regular standard definition DVDs. There is improved picture quality, colours seems a lot stronger but not much else I could detect. Line definition may be better also. Sound wise I think it is still stereo but could use a multi-channel remix but that would be expensive. extras are bare bones and similar to DVDs. The menus are basic to say the least. DVD menus were actually better. On a final note, lets all hope that WB digitally restore Batman TAS and release on Bluray.

As a kid, I loved this show. As a adult, even more so, being able to understand more and appreciated the subtle little jokes which you wouldn't understand until you get older. Definitely worth owning.

This has happened not as bad as my Batman Beyond case where I had to buy a replacement but there were some cracks on this case. I order from Amazon so I don’t have to get used quality from eBay. At least it plays perfectly fine.

まず本体に関してですが、米国Blu-rayなので日本のレコーダー機器でもスムーズに再生できました。また英語字幕が付いているので、翻訳時に役立ちます。 内容は、あまり知られていないヒーロー達やヴィランが数多く出演するため、初期JLメンバー(バットマン、スーパーマン、ワンダーウーマンなど)の登場回数が少なく感じますが、初期メンバーが中心の話はその分、内容が濃く、非常に面白いものになっています。 新規ヒーロー達の話も、キャラクターの性格や特徴が読み取れ、楽しめるものになっていました。

Jag var nöjd med Justice League Unlimited och har väntat på en region 2 utgåva länge. Det är bra kvalite på bild och ljud, och serien är bättre än det mesta från DC efter 2010.

This is still a great show to watch. Wish it ran longer. Unlike the previous show, which had only six heroes, this version expands upon it with lots of characters. The only downside, is many characters only had one episode where they talk, and you got to know them. The first season was mostly about the original six, and the later seasons were about the other heroes and villains. One of the best features is how well the show was written. There is lots of character development. The show deals with life and death, which is rare even in today's times. Betrayal, lust, greed, romance, and so on. DC and Warner Bros were known to push the envelope more than Marvel or Disney back then. Not to worry, there is plenty of humor and the show is fun to watch. I've had no issues with the Blu-ray collection. I prefer Blu-ray over DVD as the discs tends to last longer, not prone to scratches and are durable if you take care of them. You get better picture and sound quality. There are little extras. Wish they included a character biography, so people would know more about who they are watching without going on the internet. In the end, if you love DC and love watching the many characters from the DC Comics and universe, you should check the show out. It has great story writing, great character development, and music.

Je craignais que le blu ray de Justice League Unlimited ne soit pas lisible par le lecteur blu ray et/ou par ma console, mais il n'y avait pas de raison. Le dvd fonctionne très bien, c'est un plaisir et l'image est très belle. Très satisfait de ce dvd. Il s'agit des trois dernières saisons de la série diffusée au début des années 2000, disponible en trois disques. Les deux précédentes sont nommées "Justice League"

Die Serie ist ganz gut, hat Spaß gemacht zu schauen. Man erfährt ein wenig über verschiedene Charaktere in der Serie.
