Easy to fit brilliant like for like replacement size matched old item

Bought this as I had continual draught from my old one. It does the job and looks good, however its not the best quality and the latch needs to be opened by hand so where I had my own handle before I need to get on a ladder to unlatch it. I don't use the loft much so no big deal but if you were to require access frequently Id look at one you can do without the need for steps, one with a latch compatible with a handle

Loft hatch

The identical hatch I previously had was broken by the removal firm. It has only been installed a few weeks previously, hence I had to purchase like for like. The catch is plastic and can easily be broken if you use to much force to open or close it! It does the job. NB. You have to order the loft pole separately.

Easy to install anyone can do it.

Good product, Works well, I increased the insulation thickness to 70 mm .

Very cheap and seems a bit flimsy however when fitted this does the job. I managed to fit it on my own but it would be easier with someone to hold it while putting the screws in.I had to move what I now know is a "noggin" but all in all the end result is very satisfactory.

Excellent loft hatch,easy to fit, and looks good,would be happy to recommend this to product to anybody,great value for money
