Hi - does the ladder come with a pole and a catch for the lift access door

Yes it comes with a pole but you have to use your existing catch. The pole has a short fork on the end which is perfect for turning mine. A good ladder but a bit on the narrow side which is fine for my small loft hatch.

Is the loft hatch supplied with the kit or do i need to purchasce one seperately ? Thanks

Once installed how do I open the hatch with the poll?

Depends on your hatch fitting. It needs to have a twist lock mechanism and the pole fits into this and just twist to allow the hatch to drop.
