Provisions OvenBond – 12" x 15" Tri-ply Clad Stainless Steel Medium Sheet Pan

Funny what gets us excited as adults. I've been lovin this baking sheet. Stainless steel body with an aluminum core. Stainless steel gives nice durability and easy to clean (can scrub it hard without damaging it, unlike aluminum sheets), while getting the desirable even heating qualities of aluminum from the core. Included rack is nice. Looks great and I've used it for meat roasts of all kinds and roasting veggies. Plenty big enough to make dinner for multiple people. It feels expensive for what it is but if you could at any sort of regular frequency, I find it easy to justify the price for the quality of the materials and good function.

These may just be the nicest jelly roll pans I have ever owned! I am replacing three or four heavy gauge Aluminum jelly roll pans with these. The Aluminum ones have gotten to the point that they’re difficult to keep that layer of Aluminum corrosion/nastiness off of them , so you felt like you always had to clean them before use. These are heavy weight Stainless Steel and will look good and last for years while doing a great job. Pricey, but worth every penny.

I researched stainless steel sheet pans for a long time before deciding on the Hestan and I am thrilled with my choice! This is the exact sheet pan I was looking for - excellent quality, substantial weight, absolutely no warping and so easy to clean. Oh, and let’s not forget it’s beautiful! Worth every penny, in my opinion, especially when I think of how many pans I bought & ended up tossing eventually because they got badly scratched (nonstick) or warped so bad that they were not usable. Thinking of buying a Hestan? Do it! You won’t be sorry :-)

Beautiful and quality. So glad I chose this one. It will last a lifetime. Expensive, yes, but you will only have to buy it once.

This is the greatest sheet pan I have ever owned. It absolutely does not warp or rust. It excels at roasting vegetables - plenty of room for everything to spread out and it browns the food well. The small lip makes sure nothing drips out into the bottom of the oven. It also works really well for cookies. Couple of things you should be keep in mind 1. Because it's tri-ply clad, it is definitely heavier than your average 1/2 sheet pan. If you own any clad cookware, just think about the weight difference between it and a lesser quality piece. This sheet pan is not unwieldy but you're going to need to use both hands to lift it out of the oven when it has hot food on it. 2. The handles really help you handle the pans weight but they also make the pan larger than your normal 1/2 sheet pan. In my case, it makes it awkward to put in the dishwasher. It generally ends up face down on the bottom rack and it's the only thing down there with the silverware caddies. All things said, I would absolutely buy this thing again. It's great.

This exceeded my expectations. In fact, I was so impressed that I bought the whole provisions collection when the items were on sale. The weight is substantial. Even though you can put this in the dishwasher, I have been handwashing it instead to maintain the shine and luster. This collection is so beautiful too. Great items to pass down to my grown daughters. Pricey but so worth it in the long run.

These pans are amazing! Nice and heavy. No bending or warping while baking. Easy clean up too!

4 stars because of weight. I purchased this so I could finally have a non toxic stainless steel baking sheet. It is a very nice, high quality sheet. I like the extra steel overhang for handles on the sides. Makes it easier to grab the pan out. Because it is stainless steel and not aluminum, this pan is noticeably heavier than my extra large aluminum sheet pans. As a petite woman, I am a bit uncomfortable holding it with one hand taking it out of the oven. While I can do it, I find it best for me to use two hands to reduce the risk of dropping on the glass oven door. The size is good for a half sheet, though I need two of them in order to really cook for my large family, the same as I’d use one extra large aluminum sheet. Overall though, it’s a nice pan, easy to clean with a soft sponge with a scrubby side, soap and warm water. I’m happy to have a non toxic sheet pan option for the oven now.

Worth the money, with proper care, you're set for life with this one on quality and durability.

Best ever. Expensive but in the following half year from first purchase, we bought multiple and replaced all our trays. They are thick, not warping, strong, really stainless luxury look and feel. No regrets.

I can never get it as clean as it first arrived, then again it was not meant to be displayed. It is a versatile cooking implement that I would suggest is better to have and not need it than need it and not have it. If I can buy a product made closer to where I was born than 95% of the products out there, price would not deter me.
