Very easy to use.
I've not owned a phaser since the 70s, not overly keen on those in the HXFX unit on my board, so I bought this little thing. I don't use it excessively but on occasions it is just the right subtle sound. It's versatile in the options, all of which sound good and musical/useful. I play a lot of commercial cover material in live settings and am very happy with my MXR mini phaser.

The best
All you ever wanted from a phase pedal bar presets but easy to set up and great sound , will never leave my setup.

Just perfect
Iโve had a few phasers over the years but none of them really hit the spot. As a bassist I find the phase 45 with script button engaged creates some nice movement without getting in the way. That said, the phase 90 is just gorgeous. Job done!

Nice pedal with good options
I wanted to to downsize my pedalboard so looking at smaller pedals to replace my normal sized ones. I already have the Phase 90 Script with LED and that is a very nice sounding pedal and easy to dial in. The Phase 95 doesnโt quite get the same nice lush Phase 90 Script sound even in Script mode. It can come close but almost too โtweakyโ to get there. Itโs s bit more โaggressiveโ for a lack of a better term, but very usable, nonetheless. I find I actually like the Phase 45 setting better with and without Script mode. Seems a bit less aggressive overall. Now, these criticisms may be valid up against the other Script pedal I have, but taken on its own merits itโs very usable and perhaps even better in a band situation where it may cut through in a live mix better.

Dissapointing
I had been using a home made phaser for several years which was a clone of the phase 45 circuit when it packed in I felt obliged to fork out for a genuine replacement and this seemed an excellent candidate. Housing both the phase 45 and 90 complete with script function, while it certainly functions as described I personally find the effect underwhelming I can't drive it to get the knarly 70s funk sound the homemade pedal produced which is really the only tone I use this effect on, so it's more or less redundant to me. I don't know if it's anything to do with the miniaturisation of the internal components to surface mounted to cram the circuit into a nano housing that impacts on the performance. For me it's definitely not a worthy successor to the original pedals and I could kick myself for not going for one of the single standard sized pedals. Time to get the soldering iron and multimeter out to fix the clone.

The best phaser
Four versions of MXR's classic phaser in one small enclosure. Despite having just one knob, there are many different sounds to be coaxed from this pedal. I prefer the Phase 45 Script setting for cleans and Phase 90 Block with gain. Highly recommended.

Perfect
Really nice way to add movement to solos with longer notes. Sounds exactly as you'd expect - classic phase 90 sound with extras.

Not a true bypass by my reckoning
Although advertised as a pedal with a true bypass I had problems with it effecting my chain of pedals that were all powered with isolated sources. It was especially bad when any overdrive was used, I could hear an invasive pulsating in the signal chain, like the pulse of the phaser was infecting the circuit while switched off. It certainly was in time with the pulsating LED on the pedal. I returned the item and was reimbursed. The quality of the sound though was very nice and it might work in a situation where less pedals were incorporated.
