Lavender Slumber Spray

I’m on my 3rd bottle of this now. Everyone’s sense of smell is different which is why some people are saying it’s weak / artificial to begin with, and others love it - obviously I’m one of the latter! I spray it generously over both pillows and the top of the duvet (around 15 - 20 squirts in total) after making the bed in the morning. The scent lasts all day and makes the whole room smell beautiful, come night time it’s lovely to snuggle down into bedding that smells like it’s been washed and dried outside in a lavender field, it’s very soothing and not too overpowering. Despite my generous spraying, one bottle lasts for months so I think it’s good value and I’ll definitely be buying more - I’d urge anyone to give it a try!!

This is really excellent. Firstly it has a very strong scent of lavender. (So, best to spray on pillow a few minutes before you go to bed). It is a nice smell, not synthetic, and certainly made me feel relaxed and I was able to drift off to sleep quite easily. I wanted something fragrant to smell as I went to sleep or rested on my bed, because we have 3 large dogs who absolutely insist on sleeping with us in our bedroom. (A riot ensues if they are locked out !). I love our dogs dearly, but I'm not so keen on the inevitable doggy odor, and the build-up of expiratory gases overnight means the room does not smell so good come the morning. It is not always possible to keep an open window at night or during the day (high winds or work commitments) so this lovely little bottle of lavender fragrance helps do the trick for me. I highly recommend it.

its really nice and does help me sleep. the problem is it does not last long so put it on just before you go to bed.

This slumber sprays seems really good. It really does smell of actual lavender and not just some strang fake concoction you usually get with similar products. I suffer from insomnia and this product has really helped me to feel much more calm and relaxed at night which helps to aid a good nights sleep. Simply spray a little bit on your pillow and feel yourself relax. You don't need much either so I imagine this bottle is going to last me ages. Are you sitting comfortably? Then I shall begin.... once there was a little girl who had terrible trouble getting to sleep. She was 10 yrs old going on 40. Each bedtime the little girl would have lots of different ailments. Tummy ache, headache, nausea, sore foot to name a few. After she had been through her checklist of things to complain about physically it was time for the "I'm hungry routine" , which usually ended in malnutrition leading to rickets, or so you'd think. Then it was time for the dreaded thirst to kick in. Poor little girl. Her mummy and daddy although usually very chilled and laid back became increasingly fed up with this nighttime routine. It would start at 8:30 PM and had been known to go on as late as midnight. After 18 months plus of this and her mum and dad slowly losing the will to live, having tried all other legal ways to aid sleep her mum decided to try this. First night having practically bathed her bed in the slumber mist, to the point breathing was quite an issue for her mum, and the daughter complaining of her bed being wet mum told her beloved daughter it was ok. If the daughter was happy to sleep with mum and put up with her major night sweats, this would be a breeze and smell much better. Her mum did the usual routine prayers, kisses and hugs and merrily skipped downstairs with a joyful heart and a handful prayers this would work. Within 10 minutes the delightful daughter appeared at the top of the stairs requesting the use if the tweezers. Mum enquired if her daughter needed to pluck her whiskers too. Daughter didn't. Both mum and dad looked at each other as though to say " hmph, well least we tried". However an hour later mum realised her daughter hadn't shouted hadn't been ill and hadn't been starved. Mum became fearful and went to check on her dear daughter. Much to mum's surprise she was sound asleep. Mum whooped, clapped and became quite overcome with emotion. The following night same routine and both mum and dad heard nothing once they said night night. NOTHING! The same followed for the next 4 nights. On night 3 mum and dad decided to celebrate by going to bed at 9pm..... together......TO SLEEP. Heavenly. Seriously I am amazed at how this has helped or daughter settle to sleep giving me and my husband our time together back in the evening. I cannot recommend this enough. I just hope it works as well for anyone with the same struggles as us and bedtime no longer becomes a nightmare.

Smells more fruity (citrusy) than lavendery which was a disappointment. Nice bottle, doesn't leak, sprays nicely. Careful, spray too much and you might feel sick to your stomach, as I did because the citrus smell was too strong. Should probably be advertised as "Lavender/Citrus spray". I wouldn't recommend it to someone who's after a product that smells like lavender, but it does smell really nice if you just want a soothing, pleasant smell in your bedroom. If that's the case then definitely go for it. I also thought it was quite pricey for what it is.

Absolutely love this

This is the second one of these that I have bought, and the first one lasted ages and ages. I think lavender is possibly the best smell in the world, but very often things that are supposed to be lavender scented smell very much like fly spray. This doesn't, it's really lovely. I am a chronic insomniac, seldom sleeping for more than 30 or 40 minutes at a time, and I am sure that, even if this doesn't actually cure that, it certainly helps stop me panicking in the small hours when everyone else is fast asleep!

Für mich ist dieses Lavendelspray nach einem stressigen Tag eine grosse Einschlafhilfe. Versprühe es aufs Kopfkissen und aufs Sleepshirt. ...es hilft immer.

Je suis un peu déçue car l'odeur n'est forcément celle souhaitée car trop "médicamentée" à mon goût et ne révèle pas assez le parfum de vraie lavande comme on l'aime ...
