Will a 13 inch Macbook pro fit in this safe?

depends on what size you buy, maybe you need to buy a bigger one. I have a 48L tianqinuk safes, it fits.

My keypad dosen't work?

battery is out? you should contact the seller. my tianqinuk safes encountered the same problem, and they were very helpful to solve it.

Is the interior shelf removable?

yes, you can remove or adjust the height. The tianqinuk safe in our office has the same structure. We remove the shelf to put the folder.
