What is the refund policy for devices bought on Amazon?

Refunds are available within 14 days of activation. The device must be returned in original condition with all accessories to Amazon or Seculife’ s office for a refund.

Is there a cancellation fee for annual plans?

Yes, a $79 cancellation fee applies to 1-year contracted plans canceled after the 14-day no risk trial period.
