A4 Light box by HuiMeiKang --- this is a thin lightweight panel with excellently flat and even white light from edge to edge. At the highest brightness level it is possible to see through several layers of paper. The surface is glass-like; It is quite rigid but probably best used on a backing, such as a drawing board.The USB cable is about 5 feet in length. A really useful mains power adapter plug is included; SLIDE THE EARTH PIN OUT so as to fit a U.K. power point! Then use it in any room.This is NOT a digital gadget; the USB plug is only meant to take power from a computer, nothing else. The panel is used by artists and designers to copy/trace pictures by hand, like holding a picture against a window, but much more convenient for them.At around £16.00, including postage, it's a good buy if it has a reasonable working life, say 1 year, and a bargain if longer!

Great super thin light box with variable light settings on one touch button. The UK plug that was supplied is too small for UK plug holes so cannot give 5 stars. Had to buy a separate plug.Since writing the above I have found that the plastic leg of the plug pulls out far enough so that it fits a UK socket. Not obvious at first use and required a bit of effort. I have since bought a second light box as it is so good and my husband wanted one too! Excellent light penetration even through 300gsm watercolour paper.

I'm a professional Graphic Designer. My previous (very expensive) lightbox had just gone 'pop' and needed a quick replacement. I wasn't expecting too much given the price, and I tend to be wary of seeing the (seemingly) same product being sold by dozens of vendors but each with different logos on them. Well, I'm blown away. This thing is bright, lightweight, easy to use and is worth double the price. I don't write many reviews but I'm so impressed I feel compelled to this time. So go on, treat yourself!

This was just what I wanted. Light weight and bright. Unfortunately the switch was very temperamental. After conversations with the supplier I had to return the product to Amazon for a refund as the vendor did not understand the issue. I was given the impression that I was not using it properly. What is difficult about using a touch sensitive switch?

I bought this light box as mine is old and gets very hot. I was very pleasantly surprised. It’s very thin and fairly lightweight but seems sturdy. I have used it over half term for craft projects with my grandchildren and it has proved to be an excellent buy.The three different levels of light are a very useful feature and I can see it’s going to get a lot of use.It came quickly and was very well packed.I recommend both the product and the seller.

Having recently discovered diamond painting, I was happy until I started one where I couldn’t see the symbols clearly. Even with my glasses, and better lighting.This was such a good price I thought it was worth a try, & I’m so glad I did, I can see the symbols so much better. It has 3 different light settings which is enough, & not at all blinding. I plug mine into a power bank as I’m sat at the table & didn’t want the hazard of tripping over wires which works perfectly!

The product worked well for a while but then after a month and only a few hours of collective use it developed a flicker. Today and only 4 months and only approximately 10 hours of use, it remains on the unusable "dim" setting. Waste of money.

Excellent product. I use it when tracing out alternative compositions for a watercolour painting. I haven't tried tracing directly onto watercolour paper using the light box because my paper is stretched and taped to a board, but I suspect it would work OK on most, but perhaps not the heaviest, e.g. 425gsm. I haven't experience any difficulties with the power supply or the on/off switch, it all works fine so far. So I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend it. Good value for money.
