Great gift. My daughter loves it.

Fun but battery is too short
Goes very high and simple to control for all ages however, one major flaw in this is that the battery only last a very short while while using it outside I charge it up for several hours, thinking I would be able to go outside for a while, but to my knowledge it died very fast one thing also that upset me is that once it lands in my experience of the several test runs, I did. I would have to turn it off and turn it on to have it go back into flight again off the ground. If not, it will just move up and down which highly upset me. It isn’t too big of a deal to turn it off and turn it on once you land it but it is still rather annoying. Overall decent product six out of 10.

Driving abilities are a real eye-catcher and a lot of fun!
I absolutely love this little drone! I have many drones of various sizes, both indoor and outdoor varieties. It took no time at all to get used to the controls. I was off and running in no time. [ Summary ] This drone has enough flight time/battery life to have a lot of fun. I could fly for around 15 minutes on a single charge. I will note that driving on the wheels burns a lot of battery quickly. It lasts a lot longer if I just flew with it. It is a great deal of fun and is an unusual twist on a "standard" drone. It really catches the attention! After a few flights, a pin in the charging cable bent/curled, making it difficult to charge. I had to apply constant sideways pressure on the plug for it to charge. Fortunately, I had a spare cable for another device that worked. Let's assume I was too rough when plugging it in. Make a note and be careful. Pictures are attached. [ Controls ] This drone is very easy to fly. The controls are the same as most drones, and it quickly responds. Switching from driving mode to flying is seamless and very easy. It's very natural. Once I spent a few minutes adjusting the trim and getting used to the controls, I was able to fly all around my house, up and down hallways and stairs. It's very responsive and easy to fly accurately. It also does a great job of hovering in place. The auto-takeoff and land also worked very well. [ Driving ] As stated above, driving drains the battery quickly. The drone is strong enough to drive on relatively smooth carpet or hard flooring, but it is not overpowered. It doesn't take much for it to get stuck, and it has trouble with thicker carpets. Still, it's a nice feature that is fun to play with. It's easy to switch from driving mode to flying and take off from a run. My nieces and nephews were impressed with this. [ Battery Life ] Battery life is good, all things considered. I could spend 15 - 20 minutes racing around my house on a single charge. It's easy to charge off of a standard USB port. [ Looks ] This thing looks incredible, especially considering it has wheels. It is well-designed and is actually a little understated. The grey finish with black wheels & props gives it a stealthy look. If you haven't seen it work, it's a real surprise when it begins driving across the room and then flies off.

Very cool little drone
This drone is very cool. It has a dual function that allows you to drive it like a car or as a drone like it was intended. The controls are very easy to use too. When the drone is stationary, you press up on the left joystick to make it go up. You can then turn and adjust it with the left and right and land it by pressing down. The right joystick lets you move it forward and backwards in the air by pressing up or down, and then pitch left or right. They recommend you using it indoors first to get the hang of it, which I fully understand why. The controls are very responsive and it takes a little getting used to. I did a quick video of a take off, hover, and bringing it towards me before going back and landing. I will note when it lands there is a slight bounce, because you want the rotors to cut off when it touches down. There is also an auto take off/land function. The align button allows you to adjust your controls using the inside buttons and the rotor pitch. Since it is small and lightweight, I would highly recommend that you do not fly it outside if it is windy. You will loose control very quickly and cause it to crash. My son is thrilled, and wants me to teach him how to fly it too.

Good one to start with
This little guy is a lot of fun! This is the first drone I've ever used and I would say it's a good starting point for someone who wants to get into drones. For the most part the drone is easy to set up, just charge the drone and put batteries in the remote control. I really like that the drone can be driven like a RC then take off in the air. It's been too cold to take outside but have been using it in the house. Surprisingly the directions recommend inside use before taking outdoors. Makes sense to learn the controls but also seems a little dangerous too. So being a beginner I did not have any expectations. What I can contribute on it is that the operation is easy to learn and somewhat master. The flight time per charge is pretty short, I haven't continuously flown it for more that 10 minutes. But after a few uses I did see the battery was low. The drone is really small and I don't think it would fly well with a camera attached. I would say price wise it is in the range for beginner drones. There are probably better ones out there for the price but having the RC feature seems unique and would be a good reason to try this one. The drone seems to be well made, I bounced it off the walls a few times and it was still good to go. It did come with some replacement blades if they happen to break. The remote works well, kind of reminds me of an old Xbox controller. I'm still learning all the controls but everything seems to be working and responsive. I highly recommend this drone for a beginner and it would make a great gift to anyone young or old as it is a lot of fun to use.

Rechargeable battery only lasted a minute,
Rechargeable battery only lass a few minutes followed by 20 seconds after a few uses. One of the props feels as though a gear is not meshing correctly after on three or four uses. Phone number for support did not connect. I'd mark easy to use higher but how easy can it be when broken?
