Q: Does this product separate easily from tin core silicone mold material?

Not sure. My use only included regular 100% silicone. All I can tell you is the mold is very hard thick plastic, with a very smooth, polished, non-porous surface that was very easy to pop off after the silicone cured. I can't imagine it would stick to anything? The inexpensive price of the mold is maybe worth the risk of experimenting with your type of product?

Q: Would these work better if you place a plastic bag in the cavity then lock it down more clamps around the top edge?

For me, it worked fine without adding a bag inside. I would think since liquid silicone would find its way into the bag wrinkles that it might be a chore to remove it cleanly after.
