Katkor Non Absorb Cat Litter

I received a pack of nonabsorbent litter from my vet but my cat was fussy and did not want to use it. I decided to top it up with katkor litter to make it fuller and my cat finally used it so that we could collect the urine sample! Good item. There is no smell it does the job.

Great easy to use product with everything you need included

A miserable little quantity which didn't even cover the base of the litter tray. My cat used it reluctantly but peed enough to allow me to obtain a sample that the vet had requested. The pipette and test tube were good for extracting and transporting the sample.

Used this before. Works well for obtaining urine samples from cats - you can wash it and use it again if necessary Good value for money

My cat happily used this as litter. It took a lot of little pick-ups with the pipette to get a decent sized urine sample, but it's easy enough to use & none of the urine dropped anywhere it shouldn't be. Because of this kit, my vet could diagnose my cat with her Struvite Crystals. She's now getting better. Thank you.

Was recommended by the vet, i wasn't expecting such a tiny packet for the price. I ended up putting it a disposable foil oven tray and coaxing my cat to use it. It took week, and barely filled the urine sample container. No smell, some crystals transfered into the sample, not sure the outcome is due to the product or if theres a more affordable option of getting a sample....It did work and the pipette that came with it was very useful but I can't say I'd buy again. Definitely NOT value for money.

It was no absorbent and it was easy to use for a veterinary urine collection.

Needed to collect a urine sample for cat with kidney disease. Having done the minced plastic carrier bags in the past (messy), and not really having them around these days, I opted for these on the vet's suggestion. As they were on a good offer I got 4 packets as I will have to do this regularly. 1 packet was not enough for my large litter tray, but 2 did the job. The cat didn't like them and peed on the floor instead, but after cleaning up, I just kept an eye on him and caught him next time and lifted him into the tray where he performed under duress. I was able to collect a decent sample and washed the pellets to use again. (I lost a few in poo, although I could have washed them out too, but stinky job so I bottled...!)
