Whoever invented this device is a genius! It allows me to exercise in the comfort of my home with resistance bands, and works great. It can be adjusted to any height.

Compared to the ones I already have, this one feels very safe. It is fully padded in areas where there is tension, and the stitching is thick. I use it heavily daily, and so far, it looks like new, even after over a month of use. I am now more worried about damaging my door than this thing.

Good, solid door anchor vs another style I had that seemed to cut into the band I was using. The downside is that it’s too short between the anchor and band holding loop, so it’s hard to close my door frame.
