Always put a reflective mat under the camping mat, not on top. It makes no noise.

How thick is the mat please?

It’s not to thick and doesn’t weight anything, but does what is suppose to do, I take mine everywhere.

Maybe a stupid question but.. are you supposed to sleep on the foam side or the aluminum one? 😅

Hi, sleep with the foil / aluminium side facing up towards the body and your body heat will reflect back to you... Thats the theory. Cheers, Cal
