Really big but a good mix supplement.

Top quality, slightly large tablets, i tend to break mine in halves. Will definitely buy again.

We’ve been using these for a while now and this is our second purchase. The tablets are large, but they are effective and give the desired results of better sleep, energy and feeling of wellbeing. We notice that we both sleep better when we take these before bed, even though the instructions say different. A really good product at an affordable price.

Easy to swallow despite the size!

These capsules are absolutely massive. They are nearly 2.5cm long and 1cm wide. They are fairly easy to break in half but that doesn't make them any easier to swallow due to the jagged edges where broken. You have to take two a day so it's double the pain. I have more that 20 capsules left but they are going in the bin as it's become a bore choking on them every day. Needless to say, I won't be repeating the order.

I bought these as had been looking for a calcium supplement that didn't contain vitamin C.
