These pads are brilliant, yes they’re big and bulky but they do the job, I will continue to buy them, they’re easy to use, they just sit inside your underwear, because they don’t have a sticky backing I’d suggest wearing a tighter pair. The absorbency is great, holds so much more than supermarket brands, no leakage at all, so gives me the confidence to be able to go out and safe in the knowledge of knowing I won’t have any problems whilst out the house.

These are extra large pads that are the only ones I have found capable of coping with heavy overnight loss, every time. If the "overnight output" is greater due to fluid retention during the day, then these non-adhesive provide the answer. Especially in warm weather or with immobility, ankles and legs can become swollen and retain fluid. This often drains from the system when legs are raised above the heart, but the amount of liquid passed can be substantially more than high-street products can cope with. Clothing and a bed pad remains dry overnight. An end to sleepless nights and hourly trips to the toilet, the wearer can relax and sleep knowing that these will cope. Very effective...but enormous. You certainly know you're wearing them. Bulky too, almost requiring a hike in trouser waist size. Large picture not helpful. Look at the smaller one where they're being held up for view. Best for overnight use I'd say, when you can forget about them. Not for me.

I am 68 years old and can only walk a few steps. my incontinence is so heavy and out of control and found i could not get to the loo in time. I am so sick of being wet all the time. I thought i would give these a try and use them day and night. I am so happy i have no leaks. Will purchase again

They are large but are super absorbent, bought them for a relative as Pj’s and bed pad were very wet in the morning using the usual incontinence pads. Some reviews say they are no good as they slip during the night, but I would suggest buying the mesh knickers to use with them as they keep the pad firmly in place

Die Saugleistung ist sehr sehr gut !!! Aufgrund von Pflegebedürftigkeit auch Markenprodukte ausprobiert, konnten bislang mit diesem Produkt nicht mithalten.
