Makes a good cup of coffee
These are great little coffee makers and make a good and quick cup. Not too hot and very dependable. I will add that this replaced an K-Express single serve that bit the dust. It lit up the descale light so instructions were followed and when finished it never worked again. No lights, dead and it won't even make a good door stop. It was plugging along with the descale light on, should have just ignored it. I drink a lot of coffee, it's inexpensive, it lasted a long time before it died. Not crazy about the color, they didn't have a black one at the time of my order.

Wonderful product without a lot of complicated buttons
Love this improved k-express mainly se cause the put the water revisor on the side and not on the back which makes it much easier to navigate. Thank you for the little design things that make a huge difference!

My review is more about how I was treated, rather than the product. The Amazon staff treated me exceptionally. They understood I was upset with the *Keurig* coffee maker I received. Even after being ignored by the staff at Keurig, as too my problem, three Amazon quality control people took control of the situation and corrected it. When I live in the U.S. I owned a Keurig coffee machine. It was fantastic. I only expect the same quality now. I know I will receive what I expect. The earlier machine [just] must have slipped by quality control. Thank you Ever so much to all that assisted me with the replacement my coffee maker.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME NOR YOUR MONEY ON KEURIG PRODUCTS! BOGUS COMPANY!
Horrible customer service! I purchased this coffee maker in September 2025 and it stopped working properly just recently. (8months)I called and we did a troubleshooting to try to get fixed and still would not perform correctly. It has a 1 year warranty . Basically was denied the warranty as Keurig says the serial # was invalid ( I sent a picture of the machine with the serial #), also said the purchase was a used product and was out of date. I purchased it new from Amazon. After receiving the email from Keurig basically calling me a liar I went to their FB page and website and saw many other exact same issues with their products and customer service. This product and others are not worth the money nor the time involved in trying to get a satisfactory product. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !

Good product, but prone to fail. Difficult to repair; built to replace. Older models more durable. Like product; would recommend warranty.
