I bought this hand feeding mix as it was the fastest one to come in the mail, I have reared my cockatiel chick from 3 weeks on this. Its gained good weight, is healthy and had met its growth targets... I have never used any other hand feed mix so couldn't say whether this is "the best" but it certainly does the job. Mixes well, doesn't take much to get it smooth. Overall very happy with the product.

This has been really good for crop feeding my rescue pigeons. mixes up well and the birds like it.

Purchased for emergency feeding of inappetent hens as chicken crumb isn't always well ground and can clog the feeding tubes if you don't spend the time to put it through an additional grind. Blends very easily and goes through a 4fr feeding tube smoothly. Has helped my girls keep their weight when refusing food due to illness, injury or moulting.

I loved this. I’m raising a Congo African Grey and he needed formula because i’d ran out of the original one I used, which was Psittacus Hand Rearing Formula. So I ordered this and started him on it and it was wonderful! I think he actually put on a bit of weight, he was more energetic and there have been no health issues so far. Using it for approx. 2 weeks now and no significant changes. It doesn’t smell like strawberries and cream but it makes a good consistency and doesn’t make his poo smell or anything. No complaints and it lasts quite a while too!

Bought this product as we could no longer get our preferred hand rearing food; Kaytee Exact. We have bred Quaker parokeets for many years, and have always had great success with Kaytee. However this time we had to use something that was readily available, and upon seeing the reviews, and description this looked to be a suitable replacement.... Long story short, it isn't, one of my babies has Wry neck, a condition caused by lack of Vit E in the food (even though it says there is a good amount), and another baby has sadly now died from suspected weak lungs due to Vitamin problems again. Hence this is not a complete food and is not appropriate to feed to birds such as Quakers/ Monk Parrots. I could see my birds were not progressing in the same way they would with Kaytee Exact, and they were suffering. Even more proof of the lack of quality & vitamins in this product is when I switch to another brand called Psittacus Parrot, the remaining 2 babies now look so much better, and you can see they are catching up to where they should be. Although I now have to try and revert the effects of Wry Neck in one of them. Hence if you usually use Kaytee Exact and can't get a hold of it now like most of us in the UK, "Psittacus Parrot Hand Rearing Formula" is the way to go for a much better quality product. Very dissapointed with Hari, and will never use the brand again. Leaving this review as I don't want this to happen to anyone elses parrots/parokeets.

Tres bonne pâtée pour .mes oisillons Calopsittes qui l'ont bien apprécié, facile à préparer, se mélange avec de l'eau du robinet tiède et ne fait pas de grumeau !!! Je la recommande fortement !!

We have raised many beautiful and healthy parrot babies on this formula and it is everything the babies will ever need! Thr price is great for the high quality we get out of it. High caloric density means babies get the best nutritional value to grow healthy and strong. It is so easy to mix and the babies go crazy for it! It has a grains smell to it, pleasant for the human nose too.

A mi Ninfa le encanta. Es papillera y estaba desesperada porque la papilla que me vendió el criador no la quería ver ni de lejos. Probé con ésta y al principio bastante bien, sólo tardó tres días en aceptarla totalmente. Incluso, como pone en las instrucciones, se la pongo en polvo dentro de la jaula en un tarrito, como si fuese pasta de cría, y veo que también se la come. Además, el veterinario me quería vender otra papilla, pero me dijo que como con ésta la veía bien de peso y de todo, que continuara igual hasta que comiera solamente mixtura. La recomiendo sin duda.

Ritengo sia la migliore pappa da imbecco in commercio. Peccato che la data di scadenza è molto ravvicinata (ottobre 2025).

Habe leider das Problem, dass das aufzuchtspulver bei gewohnter Zubereitung stark klumpt. Ob das bedenkenlos für die Tiere ist, weiß ich leider nicht. Der Verkäufer war keine wirkliche Hilfe..... !!! Einen Stern müsste man leider vergeben
