Very light and easy to apply, definitely works on muscles and ligaments.

I am very satisfied with it. I am not using it professionally, but I need this kind of products for my daily sport routine. A massage with this cream has helped me to recover my muscles after hard sessions at the gym. The cooling effects, that are very calming, are much better than others creams I've tested before.
