I need a single one and more powerful bands, do you get one?

Yes, sure, this set of four bands can save much money, you can search "BESTOPE resistance bands" in amazon.co.uk, then you can find others bands, you will get the one that suit for you. Thanks!

Does this set of resistance bands come with a user guide?

Sorry, it didn't include user guide. It has 4 different power for people fitness.

what are the resistances of each of the bands?

The bands stretch to twice their length so the resistance varies. The red is 15 to 35 pounds (lbs), black 25 to 60, purple 35 to 85 and green 50 to 120; and of course they can be used in combination. So using all 4 together would give 300 lbs at full stretch. That's a lot.

How is Warranty ......?
