Q: There is a distinct humming when Turing on the lights. Switched the switches to dimmers and the humming is constaint now. Suggestions?

I have found that different brands of dimmer switches cause LED dimmable lights to have different humming noises. Some noticeably louder than others some do not hum at all. If the dimmer switch you currently have installed is annoyingly loud I would suggest installing a higher-end dimmer switch one specifically made for LED lights

Q: Can I replace the light bulb?

It doesn't have an led bulb, it is a board with leds on it. The directions describe replacing the electrical led driver but not the board.

Q: Are these dimmable with proper bulb and switch?

The LED "lens" (bulb) is integrated into the light fixture. I use dimmer that is designed for LEDs bulb.
