Can this be used in the oven

It is made entirely of aluminium so will survive a stint in the oven - not sure how hot it needs to get before it will warp. However, it is not intended, nor designed to be used in an oven - it is meant to be used over a gas hob.

It says it is made of casted iron, but I am not sure. The inner part, where the water is, started peeling off after 5 cookings and you can see a silver metal. Maybe, it is painted cast iron.

Can this be used on an electrical hob?

No, this cannot used on induction/ceramic/electrical hob. The base for this is not flat but annulus.

Can this be used on any portable gas stove?

there're 4 slots (in X shape) to fit their brand's stove. but the shape of the slots is quite universal. it should be fine when using on other stoves.
