Are these boxes easily stackable? Do they stack with each other well?

Yes. I have x10 of them filled with reams of paper and card all stacked on top of each other against a wall, and they are stable and not buckling. Hope that helps.

Would it fit a couple of A4 school excercise book?

I'm not sure of the size of exercise books but the boxes are A4 size, 21x 29.7 cms. Hope this helps.

What are the dimensions (particularly the depth) of each box?

Internal measurements are 30 cm by 21 and a half cm ( will take A4 card sheets) depth can vary as lid is deep so from 5 and a half cm up to 7cm comfortably without the lid falling off. And yes I have filled my ones that full!. Hope this helps

Do you think assignments in a poly wallet would fit?

Just tried one in mine and sadly not. The sleeve poly pockets fit if you fold over the slotted edge, but think the assignments too bulky. Try A3.??

love love these , they are perfect for protecting a4 paper and card. I use them to protect partial reams, where you have the pack open but need to store the rest of the ream. these fit perfectly. they also fit nicely in the Ikea cubes shelves I have , i can stack all 5 in the cube. I like that they are transparent so that you can see what is in there . Not just for paper, perfect for envelopes , paperwork and mail, all kinds of things

Perfekt für meine Zwecke

Ich besitze und sammle sehr viele Stempel. Ich hab dafür ein Aufbewahrungssystem, das aber allmählich aus allen Nähten platzt. Deshalb war ich auf der Suche nach transparenten Boxen, wo man mehrere Sets oder mehrere einzelne Stempel zusammen aufbewahren kann und trotzdem sofort sieht, welche man aus dem Regal ziehen muß. Hier bin ich fündig geworden - ich muß allerdings auch sagen, daß meine Freundin mit demselben Hobby genau diese Boxen schon lange verwendet und ich daher weiß, daß sie was taugen und ihren Preis wert sind. Stabil, robust, man sieht auf den ersten Blick, was drin ist und kann sie dank eines Beschriftungsgerätes natürlich eh noch an der Frontseite beschriften. Macht sehr viel Ordnung, spart Platz und werden sicher noch zahlreicher in meinem Bastelzimmer vertreten sein *Nachbestellgeräusch* ********** UPDATE 17.10.2021 ********** Ich liebe die Dinger nach wie vor. Aber daß sie inzwischen, ein knappes halbes Jahr nach meinen ersten beiden Bestellungen, mehr als das Doppelte vom damaligen Preis kosten, läßt mich doch an der Zurechnungsfähigkeit des Händlers zweifeln. Daß ein Preis mal steigt, logisch. Aber jetzt muß ich echt schlucken. Eine Preissteigerung von fast 115% im Vergleich zu April / Mai ist schon echt sportlich...
