Does this kit satisfy Scots law?

No it doesn’t! For use in England, Wales & Northern Ireland. As indicated on the front page. Suzi

My partner and I are unmarried and have a mortgage - is this item suitable for us?

Yes will be suitable. There are 4 different type Will documents enclosed in the packet and has what you need. Not suitable if you or your partner run your own business.

Is it legally binding?

Reading it through it seems like it is and we git an email from suppliers there for any questions. We haven't yet used it.

Is this will suitable for parents leaving money to dependents and trustees managing money for them?

To be honest, I do not have a clue. You will need to read the informative details included in the pack. If the will is complicated and NOT straightforward, I would be inclined to employ the services of a good solicitor.
