Genuine size
Some batteries are not the genuine size and too big for watch cavity. These were very good and in use now

I was a bit worried when I first put the battery in my watch and it ran slow but it settled down after a couple of hours. I guess it was because the watch had been without a battery for a couple of months. These are so much cheaper than ones you can buy in the shops. My only reservation is that it would be nice to see what the sell-by date was as I wondered whether they were old stock, which is why they were being split into individual batteries and sold so deeply discounted. At this price, however, it doesn't matter.
