What colors do they have?

Many very vibrant primary colors.

I'm confused as to the difference between a spritzer set and a "regular" crystal color set?

Not sure, I just have the crystal and I have my own spray bottle.

Is Brusho "waterproof" once dried, or does it need to be sprayed with fixative so it doesn't re-activate if it gets wet again... accidentally?

Once Brusho has dried, it is very difficult to re-activate. If you spray it down, you can lift a tiny bit of color. If you accidentally get it wet again, the color will not move. You would have to dab at it to get it to lift.

Is this color archival and permanent when dried?

These colors have blue wool scale lightfastness ratings of only 4-6, so they should not be placed in direct sunlight.
