I recently had an op on my inner thigh and the wound couldn't be stitched. I had to have it packed daily but due to the location it kept working loose. The nurse recommended that I add half a cap to my wash bowl of tepid plain water. Within a day of the first wash the soreness and itchiness had Faded. Within a week I was all healed up.
